A New Beginning Ltd is a Specialist Therapeutic Home for up to 4 young females, 13-17 years of age primarily from the South West region, who Self Harm or have Self Destructive Behaviour. We are a mid to long-term placement with an expected stay to be around 1-2 years.
Type of Provision: Therapeutic Children’s Home Gender: Female Age: 13 to 17 years old Beds: 4 Specialist Provision: Therapeutic Children’s Home providing a full adolescent Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, with access to a broad range of other therapies for young people who self-harm or display self-destructive behaviour. Therapeutic Provision: Group and Individual Therapies. Other Services: A separate Step Down provision, offering a transition from care to semi-independent living.
